The benefits of Buying Pre-Construction Condominiums

By the time new condominium units are offered to the general public, they are at the highest pricing, there are only ten to twenty percent of them left, and all the best units are already sold. There are limited floor plans, views, and selections on certain floors available, so the general public tends to pay the most for the least desirable units. That is fine, if people want to live in that particular area, and do not plan on moving in the near future. That does not work, if the condominium unit, or units, is purchased for investment purposes. In order to get a high return on the investment, pre-construction purchases are crucial. The best way to ensure that opportunity is to register with a platinum status broker that specializes in pre-construction real estate.

Developer-approved, platinum status brokers have access to the the best selections, floor plans, and views in the building because they have a proven track record for selling units in volume. The first stage of unit release consists of five to ten percent of the units, and is available to business associates, family, and friends of the developer. The next thirty to forty percent of the units are released for sale to platinum status brokers. At that stage, pricing will be ten to twenty thousand dollars lower than what the general public will pay. Incentives and promotions are available, the selection is at its best, and levies are capped. Depending on the project, other features are offered at this stage of release. For the expo condos phase 3 pre-construction release at the platinum level, for example, incentives also include an extended deposit structure, and free rental service for the first year of ownership. Those interested need to register immediately with a platinum broker to have access to the floor plans, and the expo condos price list.

The Expo Condos 3 tower is a continuation of a five tower development in Vaughan as part of the new downtown metropolitan centre. Office space, retail stores, restaurants, parks, and residential space is planned to take full advantage of the extension of the TTC subway line that will provide quick and easy access to Toronto. The line has never been extended outside of the city, so this will allow people to work in Toronto, yet live in a more residential area. The location will also be connected to the VIVA rapid transit bus route, and the York Region Transit bus terminal. Amenities for the expo condominiums will include twenty thousand square feet of community space for the towers that will include a fitness centre, yoga studio, saunas, a game room, a media room, an indoor pool, roof top garden, and party space. Covered walkways, and an underground retail arcade will allow people to move about and shop in the cold weather.
